* The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing
VCRuntime140.dll is a file that is used by Visual C++ Redistribuable for Visual Studio 2015.
How to fix VCRuntime1400.dll is Missing Issue:
I strongly recommend that reinstalling the Visual C++ Redistribuable for Visual Studio 2015, as it is one of the best ways to fix the .dll is missing error.

(Metadata++ does not use VC140 since the v 1.21.21)

* What is the difference between a Set and a Private Set ?
A Set you click Automatically backup... in the Metadata tab, files are copies before their modification.
They are copied to the metadata++\Temp folder and their path is preserved.
