After downloading the .exe, double-click on it.
The program will install and will also install ExifTool.
At the end of the installation, the MetaShell launch window will appear. Click 'Register MetaShell DLL' to attach the DLL to Windows Explorer.
Then, in Explorer, Shift + right-click on a file name to display the MetaShell menu.
